This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) is designed to protect PHILIBE LTD NETWORKS, its customers, and the wider
internet community from improper or unlawful use of our hotspot and PPPoE services. By using PHILIBE services, you

2. Affiliaton statement
PHILIBE LTD NETWORKS is an affiliate of phinneytechnologies.com. All services, portals, and user interfaces
are
rooted in phinneytechnologies.com infrastructure. Customers should recognize that PHILIBE operates as part of this
broader ecosystem.
3. Scope
This policy applies to:
- All customers using PHILIBE hotspot or PPPoE services.
- Employees, contractors, and third parties accessing PHILIBE’s network.
4. Acceptable use
Users must:
- Use services for lawful purposes only.
- Respect bandwidth limits and fair usage rules.
